• Adding watermarks to images
• Converting between image formats
• Creating and saving reusable workflows
• Batch processing multiple images simultaneously

License to Use

Personal Use License

Subject to these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Batchly for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Batchly
• Use the application for commercial purposes without authorization
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

User Responsibilities

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the images you process using Batchly. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any images you use with the application.

Appropriate Use

You agree to use Batchly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the application to process:

• Images that violate copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive

Privacy and Data

• All image processing happens locally on your device
• We do not collect, store, or transmit your images
• No personal data is collected or shared
• Workflows are stored locally on your device only

Disclaimer of Warranties

Batchly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The application will meet your specific requirements
• The application will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects in the application will be corrected
• The application will be compatible with all devices or iOS versions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or images
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Device damage or malfunction
• Any other damages arising from your use of Batchly

App Store Terms

Your use of Batchly is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these terms and the App Store terms, the App Store terms shall prevail.

Updates and Changes

We may release updates to Batchly from time to time. These updates may include new features, bug fixes, or security improvements.
