Common issues
The app doesn't detect my draw
Check that Motion permission is granted (Settings → Cowboy Quick Shot → Motion & Fitness). Try a slightly faster, more deliberate flip — the algorithm looks for a clear rotation past 80° of pitch. If your phone has a thick case, that can dampen the signal.
My time seems wrong
Times under 130 ms are almost certainly false starts (you started moving before the call). The app should flag those. If you're consistently getting strange times, restart the app and recalibrate from Settings → Motion → Recalibrate.
Multiplayer (Showdown) won't connect
Both phones need to be on the same Wi-Fi network (or one device can be a hotspot for the other). Local Network permission must be granted on both. Check Settings → Cowboy Quick Shot → Local Network.
I bought the unlock and it's gone
Tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings. Apple may take a few seconds to confirm. If it still doesn't restore, email us with your Apple receipt and we'll sort it out.
App crashes on launch
Force-quit, then restart. If it persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling (your scores are stored in iCloud if you opted in, otherwise they're local-only).
Feature requests
We love them. Email is the best way. We're a two-person studio so we can't promise everything will ship, but every request gets read.
